About Stackcurve
Stackcurve is the smarter way to buy IT.
Stackcurve is an independent IT advisory that helps IT leaders make better technology decisions across data center, cloud, cybersecurity, network, telecom, and contact center. We guide you through evaluation, selection, negotiation, and sourcing — so you can focus on driving the business forward, not managing vendors.
Mission
We help IT leaders make better technology decisions — faster, smarter, and with measurable financial impact.
The IT market is noisy, fragmented, and full of vendors competing for your attention. Picking the wrong partner costs IT leaders time, money, and momentum.
Stackcurve exists to fix that. We serve as your independent technology advisor — guiding you through evaluation, selection, negotiation, and sourcing across data center, cloud, cybersecurity, network, telecom, and contact center.
Our research arm publishes the Stackcurve CURVE Reports — free to IT buyers, funded by reprint licensing to the vendors evaluated. The research informs our advisory work and gives buyers an independent map of the markets that matter most. Vendor-neutral. Outcome-driven. Built for modern IT leaders.

The Model
Our Approach
Four principles. No exceptions.
These aren't marketing commitments - they are the structural constraints that make the research trustworthy.
Independent
No vendor pays for placement, tier assignment, or evaluation participation. Reprint rights are a commercial license for content that already exists - they cannot affect research outcomes. This is structural, not aspirational.
Data-Driven
Every CURVE score is derived from a pre-defined rubric applied consistently across all vendors in scope. Subjective judgment is minimized; where it is unavoidable, the criteria are disclosed and held constant.
Enterprise-Focused
CURVE Reports are written for the enterprise security buyer - the CISO, CIO, and technology board director who needs to make procurement and strategy decisions with limited time and high stakes.
Future-Ready
The threat landscape moves faster than annual research cycles. Stackcurve publishes at a cadence that matches the market - monthly releases, interim updates for major vendor changes, and a methodology that explicitly scores Velocity as a factor.
Coverage Architecture
3 Pillars. 9 Markets. One framework.
The threat landscape has reorganized around three fault lines. Every CURVE Report fits within one pillar - and many vendors span more than one.
The AI stack introduces attack surfaces that did not exist two years ago. We track the vendors building defenses at every layer - from model endpoints to agentic pipelines.
The network perimeter is dissolved. Zero trust and SASE define the new architecture. We measure which vendors have built a genuine platform and which are assembling acquisitions.
Breaches are inevitable. The measure is speed of detection, containment, and recovery. We track who is building that capability - and how far ahead of the rest they are.
